International Certification in Cellular Therapies

This Program is designed to provide you with the knowledge and practical skills to easily transfer Stem Cell Techniques to your office.

Why this course is different?

We’ve given our utmost care and attention to providing a total solution that comprises top level theoretical training, an intense amount of hands-on experience in the lab and with patients, as well as professional support and, of course, all the necessary equipment and materials.

Our training course teaches you everything you need to know to add adult stem cell based procedures to your existing practice, or confidently transition to a regenerative medicine center.

Physicians participating in these training sessions will take advantage of the review of stem cell biology, characterization and regenerative properties of cells and cell products, cytokines and growth factors.

This intensive two day workshop, will provide a clear understanding of laboratory processes, clinical applications and  product validation, along with a session on practice management and patient acquisition.

Breakfast and lunch will be served on both days.

9:00 AM - 01:00 PM

LECTURES:
Chapter 01 – Stem Cell Biology
During this lecture, we take you through the detailed biology of Stem Cells, their importance and their clinical use. This will help you understand the origin and function of different kinds of Stem Cells, as well as the basics of extraction and harvesting. This lecture clarifies and expands on what you already know about Stem Cells, and serves as a thorough introduction for those who are less familiar with then.

Chapter 02 – Good Manufacturing Practices
The FDA has set forth a number of Good Manufacturing Practices related to the practice of medicine and the materials required in Stem Cell treatments. This lecture will cover these cGMPs in detail and explore the link between them and the practical applications in a clinical setting.

Chapter 03 – Regulatory
This lecture explores the four pillars of regulatory aspects in relation to Stem Cell treatments:Law – what can we doScience – what are we technically able to doEthics – what should we doPolicy – what will we do in light of conflicting values and political climate

Chapter 04 – PRP Isolation Protocols
A step-by-step protocol to obtaining growth factors from platelet rich plasma. Growth factors play a vital role in Stem Cell research and therapy, and in regenerative medicine. This lecture covers that role and describes the necessity of combining growth factors with Stem Cells during the administration of treatment.

Chapter 05 – Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells
Embryonic Stem Cells from the patient’s own body are the most sought-after and effective stem cells for use in treatment. However, as most adults do not have access to their stem cells, the next best option is to use Pluripotent Stem Cells that are artificially derived from non-pluripotent stem cells.

Chapter 06 – Adipose Derived Stem Cells
Adipose tissue in adult humans contains non-pluripotent Stem Cells that are significantly easier to harvest than other types of Stem Cell, and which show a greater effectivity, as they are used in the patient’s own treatment. This lecture covers the science behind Stem Cells found in adipose tissue, their extraction and isolation.

Chapter 07 – Embryonic Stem Cells
Harvesting of Embryonic Stem Cells is becoming more popular as parents ensure their children will have access to their own stem cells if these are ever required. This lecture covers in detail the history and science behind the discovery of Embryonic Stem Cells, their development and current applications.

Chapter 08 – Bone Marrow Stem Cells
Bone marrow has long been the primary source of Stem Cells for use in treatments and are still one of the most effective sources of cells for use in treatment. This lecture covers the science behind stem cells found in bone marrow, their extraction and isolation.

Chapter 09 – Banking
Harvested Embryonic and other Stem Cells require safe storage to ensure their viability in case they are required at some later date. This lecture discusses the best methods for the cryopreservation and banking of Stem Cells for potential future use.

Chapter 10 – Clinical Studies commentaries
These chapter includes a discussion on several published articles and case studies.

No. You do not have to be a doctor to attend any of our trainings. All  medical professionals are welcome.

Is hotel lodging and transportation included in the course fee?

No, hotel lodging and transportation is not included, but we can help with finding lodging if that is your preference. All you have to do is contact us.

For the Stem Cell Training Course, we can help you to choose a comfortable traveler-friendly hotel where you can make reservations. You are then responsible for showing up at the training location at the specified time.

Do you provide training in injection techniques for my particular field of practice?

No. Our courses include extraction and harvesting techniques only. Each field or specialty has a particular method of reintegrating the cells to the patient, i.e., via IV, intrathecal, localized injection, etc.  If you are taking part in one of our courses, you will see some of those techniques being applied as part of the training, but we do not guarantee that you will see a particular technique. Our courses are open to all specialties.

Is there any special equipment I need in order to incorporate what I have learned into my practice?

In order to incorporate regenerative medicine into your practice after you have completed one of our training courses, you will need four key pieces of equipment.

  • Swing-Arm Centrifuge
  • Clean Room Flow Hood
  • Shaking Incubator
  • Photoactivation Device

All pieces of equipment are Available through www.adimarket.net
