FELLOWSHIP IN CELL THERAPY AND TISSUE ENGINEERING COURSE

ABOUT THE COURSE

Date:  February  17-24,  2025

Length: 7 Days On-Site Training + Digital Course

Tuition: $12,500 US Dollars

Certificate of Completion: Issued by Marmara University & ISSCA International Society for Stem Cell Applications.

Venue: Theoretical: RegenIC | Practical: Stem Bio Labs

Target: Physicians, medical practitioners or biotech personnel interested in implementing regenerative medicine.

NOTE: Only physicians can participate in “hands on” portions. Other healthcare professionals and laboratory staff  will observe surgeries only.

CERTIFICATION ISSUED BY ISSCA AND ENDORSED BY THE MARMARA UNIVERSITY

OVERVIEW:

ISSCA has recognized the need for knowledge on stem cells among physicians and healthcare professionals, thus creating the International Stem Cell Therapy and Tissue Engineering  Fellowship program.

Stem cell therapies involve the potential replacement of cells or organs that are diseased, injured, inflamed, ailing or aged.

In this modular training program, a group of experienced academicians, involved in stem cell transplantation, present a series of topics to cover the general principles and practice of stem cell biology and evidence-based treatments for physicians to optimize the health of their patients.

COURSE DETAILS AND OBJECTIVES:

  • Detailed program offering hands-on experience in stem cell characterization and laboratory applications.
  • Learn cell culture techniques, including plating, trypsinization, harvesting, and cryopreservation
  • Understand and apply quality control tests, including cell count, viability, flow cytometry, endotoxin, mycoplasma, and sterility.
  • Perform cGMP functions, including cleanroom maintenance, gowning, and environmental monitoring.
  • Gain insight intorelevant applications of stem cell processing and regulations in a certified facility.
  • Attendees will be equipped with the tools necessary to implement regulatory and clinical guidelines when setting up a GMP facility.
  • Copies of presentations, procedural protocols, and all forms associated with a GMP facility will be provided.
  • Perform clinical procedures, including lipoaspirate and bone marrow isolation.
  • Learn to reintroduce stem cells for various indications.
  • Casebooks and full protocols for approximately 30 indications will be provided.
