If a participant is unable to attend a course, certification, or event, they may request to reschedule for a future session or apply their full payment as credit toward another ISSCA program of equal or greater value, subject to availability and prior approval.

All reschedule or credit requests must be submitted in writing to info@stemcellsgroup.com at least 15 days before the scheduled event date. Requests received after this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

ISSCA reserves the right to deny reschedule requests that do not meet the stated conditions.

5. Event Changes and Cancellations

ISSCA reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel any event or course due to circumstances beyond its control (including but not limited to low enrollment, instructor availability, venue restrictions, travel limitations, or force majeure).

In the event of a schedule change or cancellation, participants will not receive refunds. Instead, they may reschedule to a future session or receive full credit toward another ISSCA program of equal value.

ISSCA is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or any other personal expenses incurred due to schedule adjustments or rescheduling.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through ISSCA — including presentations, videos, handouts, digital resources, and website content — are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any ISSCA materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during ISSCA events and online programs.
ISSCA reserves the right to remove or deny participation to any individual whose conduct is deemed disruptive, unethical, or in violation of our values and policies.
