What is the daily schedule for the conference and workshops?
Conference (Fri, Sept 12): 8:00 AM–6:00 PM at Secrets The Vine Cancun.
MedConnect at Royalton Chic Rooftop Party (Level 18): 7:00 PM–2:00 AM. It’s a full party—music and mingling—not just structured networking. Includes premium open bar, passed hors d’oeuvres, live mariachi, go-go dancers, and a fire show.
Workshops (Sat, Sept 13): 9:00 AM–5:00 PM at Renaissance Hotel.
What is MedConnect?
MedConnect is ISSCA’s signature social—an after-hours party designed to spark real connections between physicians, scientists, and partners.
ISSCA’s Global Summit MedConnect will be at Royalton Chic (Level 18), running 7:00 PM–2:00 AM. It’s a full party—music and mingling—not just structured networking. Includes premium open bar, passed hors d’oeuvres, live mariachi, go-go dancers, and a fire show.
What is the difference between the 1-Day Conference ticket and the Certification packages?
The 1-Day Conference ticket includes all keynotes and thematic sessions on Friday plus the evening MedConnect at Royalton Chic rooftop party. Certification packages include Friday’s full conference experience and an intensive hands-on workshop on Saturday at the Renaissance Hotel in your chosen specialty.
Can I attend only the conference day without taking a certification?
Yes. Choose “Conference Ticket – 1 Day.”
In what language will the presentations and materials be?
All presentations, course materials, and training sessions will be conducted in English. Free Spanish simultaneous translation booths for conferences will be available onsite.
Will recordings of the sessions be available after the event?
Not yet. We are planning a subscription library, and ISSCA Members will have access when it launches. For now, all attendees will receive the keynote presentation.

Certification & Training
What exactly does the hands-on session involve?
Small-group training (target 4:1 attendee-to-instructor ratio) using live patient models and real clinical protocols you can take back to practice. This is not a demo. You will perform procedures under direct faculty supervision.
Registration & Financial
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Refunds accepted up to 30 days before the event.
No refunds within 30 days due to costs of preparing customized materials, certificates of attendance and logistics.
Workshops & Certifications
$500 USD deposit required, non-refundable.
Balance may be paid in advance or at registration.
If you cannot attend, the $500 deposit becomes a credit for a future ISSCA training.
No cash refunds on deposits or workshop balances once paid.
General Conditions
Substitutions allowed with written request at least 14 days before the event.
ISSCA makes the final decision on all refund and transfer requests.
Are payment plans available for the certification courses?
Yes. After the $500 deposit, you may arrange a plan for the remaining balance. The full balance can be due the day of the event. Contact registration after booking. (If “sold out” applies for your cohort, we will confirm during booking.)
Travel & Logistics
Will meals be provided?
Yes. Friday includes buffet lunch, and two coffee breaks. The MedConnect at Royalton Chic rooftop includes hors d’oeuvres and an open bar. Saturday workshops include lunch. Please share dietary restrictions during registration.
